When Receiving Your Product
Before signing the cargo delivery note, please check the box of your product for any damage or issues. If there is any damage, missing content, or if the package's seal has been tampered with, do not sign any delivery documents. Instead, return the box to the courier, requesting a damage report to be filed. Once you fulfill this obligation, your replacement products will be promptly sent to you. Please note that if you accept a package with a damaged box or claim missing content, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or shortage of the contents.
