DELIVERY AND RETURN CONDITIONS
1. Introduction

2. Subject and Scope

4. Order
The customer will select the quantity, color and other details of the products he/she wants to purchase on the www.mygakharites.com website and add them to the shopping cart via the “Add to Cart” button.
Mýga Kharites has the discretion to evaluate or not to evaluate order requests that do not contain the necessary and sufficient information for the order to be delivered.
Mýga Kharites sends an Order Confirmation Form to the customer after the order is completed if the customer accepts to deliver the ordered products. The Order Confirmation Form indicates that the ordered products will be delivered to the customer by Mýga Kharites.
The order is finalized when the Order Confirmation Form is sent to the customer. Products subject to orders that are finalized without exercising the right of withdrawal cannot be canceled by the customer later.
Mýga Kharites has the right to stop the orders of certain products offered for sale and/or cancel the order due to internal supply or production problems that may arise.

5. Payment
The prices of the products to be purchased can be paid by credit card. If the payment is to be made with a “Coupon Code” or “Gift Certificate”, the relevant fields must be filled in before the order is completed.
6. Delivery and Delivery Time

After the products reach Mýga Kharites, the request will be finalized as a result of the examination and evaluations to be made and if the return and exchange request is accepted, the customer will be informed about the delivery of new products. If the request is not accepted, the reason for the request not being accepted will be explained and the customer will be informed.
When the products to be purchased through the www.mygakharites.com website are requested to be returned or exchanged for reasons not caused by the customer, such as products in different colors, cuts and sizes than ordered, the products will be returned and exchanged if the products are not used due to the intended use, health and hygiene rules, and the labels, tapes and packaging on the product have not been removed.
It is not possible to return or exchange the same or similar gifts to be given with the purchased products alone.
